Tapas from all over the world. Some are fusion, some are not. Some are created by our kitchen team, while others are inspired by the many great restaurants we’ve visited around the globe. All are meant to be shared, or at least fought for. The concept is playful and relaxed. Messy elegance could be a way of describing it.

STHLM Tapas is a never-ending journey of evolving, testing, growing, and doing something together as a team. We want to share with you what we ourselves have experienced in restaurants, hotels, and bars around the world. Things that inspired us and affected us in ways that made us want to do the same for you.

In our book, a dinner is supposed to be fun. We call it Fun Dining!
